Job Description:-
- Influence the customer to visit the project site.
- Prepare & send daily report.
- Good Comms Skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Making outgoing calls to customers/Developers.
- Convincing customers and closing the final deals.
- Updating entries in CRM.
- Identify the customer’s need and propose the right option
- Provide customer with appropriate info about the projects
Job Requirement:-
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate calling.
- Understanding of customers needs and wants related to properties.
- Strong convincing skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi, Kannada
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
