Your role
- Efficient coordination of the flow of goods (purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes)
- Determination of sales forecast and derivation of demand planning to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Inventory responsibility for all finished goods, spare parts and repair/swap warehouses
- Administrative processing and delivery of orders from the sales units
- Responsibility for service logistics (repairs, swap equipment) -Export officer (export control)
- Support in the control of all outsourced processes
- Responsible for process improvements and automation
- Ensuring compliance with normative requirements (ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDR and other country-specific requirements, if applicable)
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of the supply chain and order management team
Your profile
- a degree in business or technical studies
- at least 5 years of relevant professional experience incl. project management experience as well as extensive operational experience in the field of order management, supply chain
- a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills across different hierarchical levels
- strong intercultural skills, able to work with international and multicultural teams, suppliers and customers
- excellent analytical skills (quickly analyze complex issues and derive targeted actions)
- experience with process improvement and project management
- flexibility, a high level of commitment and a strong affinity for technical products
- a self-dependent, goal-oriented and structured way of working; result orientation
- willingness to travel internationally and very good English skills
