KONE is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic HR Government Relation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Core responsibilities of the role to will the primary point of contact between the company and government entities, including ministries, departments, and other regulatory bodies.

What will you do?- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies that may impact the company's operations.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters and ensure adherence to government regulations.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, identifying potential impacts on the company's operations.
- Solid experience towards understanding various government requirements, and able to communicate effectively towards different stakeholders of government requirements.
- Represent the company's interests to government entities, advocating for favorable policies, incentives, and support.
Are you the one?
- Bachelor's degree Holder.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role in a senior role within the government relations.
- Strong understanding of governmental systems, websites and portals.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Saudi Nationals only.
