Roles and responsibilities:
- Able to provide customer service to international client.
- Capable of handling customer queries and resolve their problems efficiently and quickly to retain them
- Understand customer needs and provide them relevant solutions through chats and mails
- Able to handle multiple customers and their queries simultaneously and achieve customer satisfaction
Candidate profile:
- Able to work in rotational shifts (7 AM – 4 PM, 1 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 7 AM)
- Good communication skill
- Capable of communicating in English (verbal and written)
- Fresher / 1-3 years experienced in voice or non-voice

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
