Duties of office administrator

  • Must be computer literate
  • Good attention to detail
  • Very well organized
  • The ability to work independently
  • Dealing with customers on a daily basis taking orders, Invoicing, handling time sheets/ job cards and other administrative duties.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: €15,000.00-€20,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Crosssakiel, Kells, CO. Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (required)
  • Administration: 2 years (preferred)
