YOUR MISSION:
- You lead and run the Center of Excellence of the Business Process Management Community together with the business process owners, acting as the catalyst and apostle for business process management across channels in our Group.
- You actively manage and engage the Business Process Management Governance Cycle within the organization.
- You are the partner to the process owners for the development and implementation of a comprehensive global process strategy, process effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- You support the alignment and consistency between functional and cross-functional business processes and systems with the overall global regulated process/SOP in close collaboration with Quality, Compliance and other key business stakeholders.
- You proactively identify the need for process standardization, areas of improvement and internal/external process compliance and leverage process excellence methodologies to drive continuous process improvement and actively contribute to best practices.
- You are data driven decision-making and establish proper metrics to assess, prioritize and select improvement activities.
- You act as Global BPM tool facilitator (Adonis), provide trainings and develop key users across the organization.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education in a technical, business, or scientific discipline. An MBA would be of advantage.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a role with high business process management exposure.
- Proficiency with BPM methodologies and tools (e.g. Adonis).
- Very strong networker, extrovert communicator that builds relationships and motivates the community around them.
- Excellent understanding of the interrelation between business process landscapes and IT architectures and strong experience with ERP systems.
- Strong technical and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English. German would be a plus.
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision marking mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Readiness to travel up to 30%
