Job Responsibilities
The bank’s mainframe reports are kept EOSA (MF). This is to ensure that that we in compliance with the regulator requirement to keep the reports for the minimum required period. This role is to manage the system and operation to ensure reports are filled correctly into their respective defined retention period.
The role require the candidate to have experience in output management process and working with the application teams and printer company. The candidate must also be familiar with EOSA technology
- Collaborate and work with applications team to create and test new report loading
- Collaborate with printer company to resolve any loading issue to EOSA
- Provide technical assistance to application development team and operation teams for EOSA
- Troubleshoot and drive incident recovery reported by the various team
- Perform report restoration from backup for EOSA based on user request
- Work with OnDemand and EOSA system support to plan and test system upgrade project
- Work with OnDemand team for any upgrades or migration that is related to EOSA
- Automate system operation
- Update the EOSA user access matrix
- Establish adequate monitoring to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery
- Apply new technology and process to improve system supportability, recoverability, availability and performance
