Main responsibilities

  • Apply for and manage product-related subsidies, ensuring compliance with all application processes and deadlines.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the procurement and logistics aspect of the business including: ordering of products, manage deliveries, and coordinate business travel arrangements.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive project documents, develop onboarding materials based on product knowledge, and generate an internal wiki for easy access to important information.
  • Keep teams informed about new tech and product updates, ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events both internal and external.
  • Regularly check within and between teams for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and lines of communication.
  • Manage various tasks within the organization ranging from tracking shipments, following up on emails, ensuring adherence to timelines, cleaning 3D prints and coordinating the move to our new office space.


Requirements

  • Effective communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Dutch language is a bonus.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to priorities and manage tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage a high volume of responsibilities.
  • Proactive in following up on deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure progress, without necessarily being responsible for setting initial timelines.
